Malu was founded by a retired U.S. Air Force IT leader with more than 20 years of experience supporting technology operations, personnel, projects, and customers in complex mission environments. His experience includes systems administration, IT service management, technical support, policy and process development, equipment deployment, team leadership, and support for organizations serving thousands of users.
